THE ZIEGLER SCHOLARHSIP

A scholarship designed to help dancers continue what they love.

EDC takes pride in striving towards a move inclusive and encouraging dance community. The goal of helping dancers find their creative spark and artistic style while exceeding their own dance goals and aspirations, keeps pushing EDC to find new ways to help dancers who may be unable to help the circumstances stopping their growth and education. 

About The Scholarship

  • Mission Statement: This scholarship's mission is to help a dancer by providing a year of tuition to their dance account to help with the costs and to support the dancer in their goals.

Program Highlights:

  • A year worth of tuition (not including other fee's).

  • Support in finding auditions and post-grad programs if needed.

Scholarship Award Details:

  • Award Amount: A year's worth of your dance studios tuition, paid directly to the studio.

  • Number of Recipients: 1 recipient/year unless special cir​cumstances arise.

  • Renewal Information: This scholarship is not renewable and is only valid for one dance season (September-June).

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be enrolling in a dance studios competitive program.

  • Must have competed at a 2025 Euphoria Dance Competition Event (please provide event details).

  • Step 1: Review Eligibility Requirements - Ensure applicants meet all listed criteria.

  • Step 2: Gather Required Documents - Letters of Recommendation, Personal Statement, Any additional forms or documents specified by the scholarship application form.

Selection Criteria:

  • The owners of Euphoria Dance Competition and the creators of the scholarship will review each applicant.

FAQ:

  • What is the scholarship renewal policy? The scholarship is valid for one (1) dance season. Recipients can reapply the following year.

  • Can the scholarship be used for any accredited institution? The scholarship can be used at any dance studio with a competitive program.

  • What expenses does the scholarship cover? The scholarship covers tuition, usually a recurring fixed monthly or quarterly payment for base cost of a competitive dancers classes.
